Teresa Pham Messer Earns Law Degree From South Texas College of Law In Houston

Teresa Pham Messer of Arlington graduated from South Texas College of Law on December 15, 2012 earning a Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree. Pham Messer is a 2001 graduate of James W. Martin High School and a 2009 of University of Houston. She earned a Pro Bono Honors program certificate while a student and plans to practice immigration law. Her parents are Bich and John Pham. Pham Messer will take the Texas Bar Exam in February. Commencement for the 112 graduates was held at the Hilton Americas in downtown Houston and featured U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer Elrod as speaker. South Texas College of Law is Houston's oldest and only private law school founded in 1923.
